Company
is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer (Front-End) with strong expertise in Journey Mapping and Persona Development. The ideal candidate will have experience designing user-centered interfaces, mapping user journeys, and developing personas that guide product decisions. This role is fully remote nearshore.

Location: Remote (Nearshore)
Compensation: $25/hr (MAX)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and improve UI/UX experiences across digital platforms.
• Conduct Journey Mapping to visualize user interactions and pain points.
• Create and refine User Personas to guide design decisions.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align design with business needs.
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
• Ensure design consistency, usability, and accessibility across products.
• Support and contribute to an agile, remote-first work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Hands-on expertise with Journey Mapping and Persona Development.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design.
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote nearshore environment.
